The Olympians
Lachti Beach Villas, ideal for family holidays, are a group of brand new private villas with 2 and 3 bedrooms, exclusive facilities and private pool, ideally located adjacent to the Latchi Public Beach. This beach has recently been awarded the Environmental Blue Flag and offers crystal clear blue waters. This area is ideal for enjoying walking or jogging all along the beach.

The Olympians Beach Villas are set amongst open fields in a private and quiet location with uninterrupted sea views. A perfect efford has been made to keep the traditional design of the old village houses outside and especially inside the villas. Together with an individually painting in bright colours and surrounding walls assuring added privacy make the special charme of these Mediterranean style villas.

 
Facilities

• Each villa has an open plan living area with fire place and a dining area, opening onto terrace and pool.
• A well equipped kitchen with an additional table and seats with access to outside terrace and barbecue.
• Dishwasher, washing machine, oven + hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, iron + ironing board, CD player, TV etc.
• Private patio area with barbecue grill, terrace, private swimming pool (6 x 4 m).
• One master double bedroom with en-suit shower and large front balcony.
• 1 or 2 single bedrooms with balcony sharing a shower bathroom.
• All bedrooms have optional air conditioning at a small extra charge.
• Additional a guest toilet + shower.
• Private car parking, enclosed garden, sunbeds and sun parasols, garden furniture.
• Each drive way has a sensor activated light making it easy to find the way around at evening or night.

Car hire is recommended.

 
Special Offer at no extra fee

All the Olympians Beach Villas clients have unlimited use of the facilities in the nearby "Elia Latchi Holiday Village". This includes sporting activities such as mini golf, use of 3 tennis courts, archery, water sports, children's club and restaurants.

In case you have any problems to use the hotel facilities please be so kind and contact directly the villa owner! The hotel is closed in winter season, probably from OCT/NOV - MARCH/APRIL, more information at end of the summer season.
