Located on a hill in Tsada Village with a marvellous panoramic view overlooking Paphos city and the general bay area these spacious modern villas offer a high quality standard of accommodation for people who wish to experience the countryside way of living (quiet, fresh air, green) with the qualities of the nearby city (Paphos) in a luxurious way.

Ideal for Golfers: the "Tsada Golf Club" - an 18 holes superb golf course and one of the largest on the island - can be reached in walking distance or 2 minutes by car.

The villas are composed of stone-framed archways with marvellous gardens and tiled pathways and arranged as follows:

Ground floor with a spacious open plan living area with dining room, colour satellite TV, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, fridge, oven, iron with iron board a.m.m.

On the first floor, there are two twin bedded rooms with common bathroom and access to a balcony enjoying an endless view of landscaping combining sea and mountains. The main bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower room and additional balcony.

One of the six villas has one twin bedroom downstairs with an ensuite shower room. The other two twin bedrooms lie on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom and access to the spacious balcony.

All the villas have air-conditioning throughout and central heating. A safety box is available.

Outside, each villa has its own private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), pool shower, sun beds, table and chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and private parking.
