Villas to rent

No money will be refunded to clients that for any reason vacate the villa after the check-in procedure.

The letter of the certain villa will not be responsible for any kind of accidents that may happen to the tenants of the villa.

The tenants are responsible for not leaving children alone in the villa and near and in the swimming pool without observation.

The tenants will be responsible for any damage inside the villa and outside (villa, terrace, pool, garden) that may be caused by them and they will be responsible for paying the cost of the damaged item.

Rental by a group of students:
It is not allowed to hire a villa for a group of persons under 18 years old.
The leader of the party must be of age 21 or more and is responsible for all members of the party.

The tenants (or any member of his party) may cancel the booking at any time however no refund will be made for any monies paid. Travel Insurance is recommended. In the unlikely event of a problem with your rented villa, you must inform the villa owner direct locally, so that the matter can be put right.

Any complaints or refunds are to discuss with the villa owner locally. There is no liability by Brigitte Berendes (Cyprus Dream Villas).
